Ce n'est malheureusement pas l'ambiance qu'on a l'habitude de voir dans les campings que nous avons fait et le Fun pass est très cher pour l'utilisation de la piscine seulement il faudrait faire un choix aux gens au niveau de l'utilisation que propose le Fun Pass.

le mobil home d'a côté, l homme fumait des stupéfiants, avait 4 enfants très bruyants en bas âge. les moments de repos étaient rares.

Les enfants ne pouvaient pas circuler dans le camping après 1h30 … raccompagner par le vigile désagréable alors qu'ils étaient 5 enfants de 18 ans et ne faisaient pas de bruit la premiere semaine et la deuxième semaine très mal fréquentée par des petits voyoux et de la bagarre du coup nos 2 ados (18 ans) ne voulaient plus sortir … payer des bracelets d'accès pour ça c'est honteux vu le prix et des soit disant chanteur et spectacle fait par les animateurs c'est léger ….

1.Upon arrival we had no hot water this was sorted relatively quickly by the staff on reception and the maintenance man. The gas bottle was empty. 2. The mosquito blind to my daughters room was broken upon arrival and we were told that they couldn't fix it as they did not have the parts. This was disappointing as we are a waterfront view and in the evening mosquitos are around. Therefore my daughter has had to sleep in a very warm room as the air conditioning is up the other end of the mobile home. 3. It soon became apparent that there was an awful sewage water smell coming from our ensuite shower. I spent a great amount of time cleaning the cup in the shower drain and flushing it through. This did not work and by morning the smell had moved in to our bedroom it was so bad. A cleaning team came to clean but they were unable to help. They suggested we could be moved and they would tell reception. Reception didn't contact us so I then went to ask what was happening. Did they have a fix for the smell or were they going to move us. After waiting for a total of 30 mins I was told there was no where to move us and that their solution was to give us an aerosol spray to mask the smell. This was not an option for us, as my son is asthmatic and spraying aerosols could bring on an attack. Also spraying over a smell is not a healthy solution. It was then decided a maintenance man should come. He came and resolved the issue. 4. Unfortunately it appears that the sewage smell wasn't the only terrible smell. There was another awful smell that we finally couldn't stand any longer. We spent hours of hour day trying to find the smell and clean it ourselves but we couldn't get rid of the smell. We moved the fridge cleaned the floor behind it cleaned the back of the fridge and the wall. I even crawled under the mobile home to see if the smell was coming from below. Again I spent nearly 45 mins at the reception explaining the situation. They suggested moving us but couldn't as no manager was available even though the previous day we were told no othe home was available. They couldn't get hold of the cleaning team. Kindly Aman at reception agreed to come and inspect the smell. He agreed it was terrible and much worse after pulling out the fridge. Eventually the cleaning team arrived and finally identified the problem. They were disgusted by the smell too and investigated with their t shirts over their noses. The issue was compartment of stagnant water that they suggested must have been their weeks to smell so awful. Due to the smell we were unable to eat inside our mobile home and had to have windows and doors open as much as possible. The cleaning of the compartment was done but the flooring was damaged slightly as they returned the fridge to it's original position. I thanked the team and asked for the receptionist who was still here helping to ask for a manger to contact me. He asked when was convenient for us and suggested 9am as that's when the reception opened. I agreed and gave him a note with both mine and my husband's phone numbers on. Three hours on and we have not received a call which is why we are contacting you now. 5. We were not issued with fun pass bracelets I had to chase this up at reception. 6. Many of the cups and bowls were dirty. I have photos of these. 7. To give my daughter more room we collapsed the bed that converts from two to one. Underneath was dirty and dusty so we had to clean this too. We have travelled with our 3 children for 14 years through different parts of France for our holidays and we have never experienced such a poor service and unsanitary conditions. We have spent literally hours cleaning using our own cleaning products, reporting issues and then waiting for responses. I should not have to do this on my holiday. It supposed to be a restful experience and it has been anything but.
