Je suis très mitigée sur la qualité du service du magasin de la Toussuire pied des pistes. Une partie du personnel est agréable et souriante, l'autre c'est tout le contraire. Le 1er jour nous avons été installé dans un coin de la salle pour nous faire essayer les chaussures, mon fils a du se mettre par terre, il devait y avoir de la javel (ou autre produit) résultat pantalon presque neuf foutu. Le 2e jour ma fille déchaussait en restant immobile en bas des pistes, nous avons dû y retourner 2 fois avant de comprendre qu'on lui avait donné 2 chaussures de 2 tailles différentes. Et je trouve la qualité des skis très moyenne pour de la gamme noir.

outstanding value, busy shop but good systems and speedy customer service, lots of experienced staff. Very efficient and helpful when resolving an issue with picking up the wrong poles. Central location on slopeside meant that it was easy to pop in to the shop to correct.
