I love intersport usually - superb service and great people. However this time i was charged an extra day. The guys at the shop probably didnt understand - but i only skied two days not three as inteded. I notified them and explained - but still got charged for three days. Can you please refund one days rental and i will give you a 10/10. Thanks very much.
The staff in the rental shop were extremely knowledgeable and professional but also very friendly. 10/10 recommend.

Oui je recommanderai le magasin Intersport de Chamonix pour l'accueil et le matériel cependant je ne recommande pas le service en ligne. Je souhaite me faire rembourser la location de deux casques que je n'ai pas utilisé et on me refuse ce remboursement.
