The service, location, and overall experience was good, but the material was not in the best conditions. The fixings, skis and poles were old. My skis were all cracked and very old and I didn't go for the basic price. I asked for a new ones in the middle of the week, they gave me, but with a 20€ payment on top. Definitely the service works but is not very good. Next year I won't rent it in advance.

Bottes ultra basiques Nordica malgré le paiement d'un pack Gold - les skis sont proposés en fonction du niveau donc Gold ou pas Gold ça ne change rien pas besoin de payer un supplément !

I booked a gold package and I got really tired, scratched and overused skis. Maybe that's ‘gold' for you - but it is not what your website claims. This was NOT top of the range, but more like bottom range from 3-5 years ago.
