Your staff member who served me was most unhelpful. I didn't have my ski hire booking reference to hand and she said it wasn't possible to find my details without it. My wife attended separately and had the same problem but the staff member just looked her up using her name. The staff member who served me refused to do this , meaning I had a 20 minute trip back to the hotel.

Facile à réserver sur le site web. Quant au matériel j'avais réservé un pack gold mountain» et vue les conditions de neige à Val d'Isère, j'avais demandé d'avoir des skis plus larges que ceux proposés mais je devais payer un supplément

The pick-up and return process was quick and hassle-free, which I really appreciated. The pricing felt reasonable and in line with expectations.
However, the quality of the skis and poles was somewhat disappointing. They didn't feel premium and were noticeably below what I had hoped for.
Overall, a convenient rental experience, but the equipment could definitely be improved.
Polite staff, great equipment and comparatively priced for the kit available. We use them every year. Tried other shops to save money and you get older equipment with lower specification.
