Staff were very helpful, equipment was great.
The service was fantastic and my ski hire was also very very good
Some of the staff were not friendly. Gave me a damaged pole at first, our party of six, two of which had their bindings to the skis not to the correct size. they wanted to charge to change skis even though i had the gold package. The overall price was reasonable and the shop was clean. However because of the staff's overall attitude and aura I will not recommend

My snowboard was taken from me and when I returned it I was charged. You said you would contact me to see if the other board had been recovered so I could be reimbursed and you did not. Please contact me at least to let me know. Feel like you got the two boards back and pocketed the 100 euro from me.
Fast service. Good rates. I changed skis after a couple of days without any drama and received great advice and a prefect choice
