Great location very helpful and able to get ski the afternoon before
The location was convenient to our rental, and the price was right. Our only regrets are the gold package didn't result in equipment as new as we expected (guess we should've gone platinum), and we probably would have been more inclined to store our skis at the shop (which we walked by every day on our way to the gondola) if it would have been offered when we rented.

outstanding value, busy shop but good systems and speedy customer service, lots of experienced staff. Very efficient and helpful when resolving an issue with picking up the wrong poles. Central location on slopeside meant that it was easy to pop in to the shop to correct.

Very good, very helpful and speedy friendly staff. I got the boots I wanted, thought they were wet inside, they apparently only had one pair at that time. I changed them a few days later as still not dry, dry boots such a difference. Also we did have a guy stride forward in front of us as we were about to be served and he was served, he should have been told to wait. Also, no labelling so remember your skis and exactly where you left them! Also, smokers always seem to be standing right in the door way chuffing away. Some were staff, they could easily stand further down the front of the building.
