J'ai été déçu(e) de constater qu'il n'était pas possible de louer des casiers à skis. Cela aurait rendu mon séjour bien plus agréable.
Le personnel était génial mais j'aurais souhaité des skis "All mountain" de type "Black crows" et j'ai plutôt eu des skis de piste car ils n'en ont pas

Friendly staff, ski model was basically very good but ski was at least 2 years old and in very bad condition
Picking up the equipment was quick, despite having only 2 employees. After we arrived, a few more people came, and a long line started to form.
When we arrived at the store to return the equipment, there was a very long line, but everyone in line was there to pick up their equipment; only my group was returning. We asked the girls at the counter if we had to wait in line to return the equipment, and they informed us that we did. I went to lean my skis against a part of the store, and one of the employees complained and said I couldn't leave them there.
After waiting for more than 20 minutes with the line not moving, we asked another employee if it was really necessary to stay in line to return the equipment, and he said we could return it right away, and that the girls at the counter would help us.
They didn't show much willingness, and they couldn't process the return of the equipment, so the employee who was handling the equipment had to help the girls receive it back and register that we returned the equipment.
In short, the 2 employees who prepared and delivered the equipment were good and helpful, but the female employees at the counter did not make the slightest effort to assist us
Hire was chaotic, big queues, only one person serving. You just got what you were given, didn't seem to matter what pack you'd pre ordered.
