The skis/binding was adjusted too tight a did not come undone during a fall for all 4 of us, potentially dangerous. Also maybe it was the end of the season but the two adults skis were very cranky / shabby looking with the metal top of the ski protectors half coming off on day one, the kids skis were fine, good value. I didn't think the lady helping us was very patient with the kids foot/boot measure . Convenient location. Otherwise well stocked shop.

The efficacy of the fitting was the best me and my family have recieved on any ski trip we was in all 4 of us were fully fitted out with in 20 minutes. All the equipment was too class also and dint have 1 issue with any equipment we hired

Really friendly staff who mended my broken ski so efficiently and looked after us well . Can't fault them. But the kit is now embarassingly old. Kids skis have been the same for 7 years, the boots are old style and give my kids blisters compared to those they have had in other resorts and the first skis we were given were completely delaminated. Time for an upgrade please, particularly if customers are paying for more advanced packages.
