I paid extra for superior equipment, but it was not superior. Skis and boots were both quite used, I think. Not nearly as good as rentals I had from another Intersports shop earlier in the season.

Le matériel était très bien mais le temps d'attente était totalement anormal. 1h45 pour récupérer le matériel, ça fait 30 ans que je skie (en période de vacances scolaires) je n'ai jamais vu ça nulle part. Organisation à revoir!

The ski selection within the Platinum package was not as diverse as expected. When paying for a top-tier package, there should be more than just two brands of all-mountain skis available for demo. A broader selection would better reflect the premium nature of the offering and provide greater value to guests choosing the highest level package.
