Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable towards myself and all members of my party. They also changed my skis and boots the following day, to correct an issue that I was having, which certainly improved my skiing comfort and performance.
I paid extra for superior equipment, but it was not superior. Skis and boots were both quite used, I think. Not nearly as good as rentals I had from another Intersports shop earlier in the season.

We were greeted with a lovely smile and dealt with promptly and when I asked to change my boots the next day as they were hurting, this was not a problem.

Fast service, friendly people, good quality skis
Le matériel était très bien mais le temps d'attente était totalement anormal. 1h45 pour récupérer le matériel, ça fait 30 ans que je skie (en période de vacances scolaires) je n'ai jamais vu ça nulle part. Organisation à revoir!
