The employee that gave us the equipment did absolutely not listen to waht my son wanted, did not believe that the shoes were too small and did not give the snowboard he requested. What went well though was the exchange once we came back saying the board was not what we expected.

Nous avons changé de skis pendant le séjour pour des skis hors piste qui n'étaient pas de qualité Gold comme les autres skis qui eux étaient bons.
