The guys in the shop are very helpfull and the service is great. But unfortunately the gear for the snowboard for my son was not a succes accordingly to the ski instructor.
The bindings where no good and the board was to narrow.
Unfortunately there was no replacement for that abvaileble.

Bon matériel et pas mal de choix mais personnel pas toujours très avenant. On m'a attribué un ski sans même me demander mon niveau ou ce que je voulais, ni aucune explication. L'organisation est un peu chaotique : une file pour commander, une fille pour payer. Pour rendre ce n'est pas très clair… une attente interminable pour tout alors que les vendeurs étaient nombreux. Bref dommage.

Skis teched incorrectly. My friend ordered all mountain skis and the tech tried to give him skis with no rocker and 70 underfoot what was clearly a carving ski. We were given wider skis upon request.
2 of my friends had incorrect forward pressure and my girlfriend had her din incorrectly set.
My friend had to switch his skis for larger skis and I was shocked to hear the ski was teched without a boot despite going with his boots. On his first day on that ski the boot did not fit the binding.
Your techs need to be taught how to tech skis to boots correctly. Injuries happened in my group that could have been prevented.
I have used intersport before in Val thorens which was great but the techs in LA Jhana need to be taught how to follow process.
I am a professional ski technician and I know when things are being done wrong. This team should come under scrutiny and be retrained.

After 3 days needed to change boots, process very quick and easy
We made 4 bookings and had a total of six sets of skis and boots. We arrived on a Saturday, one of the busiest days. One of our party members was measured for boots and received a pair that were a full size too small. The person said they were tight, but the salesperson insisted they should be tight and were right, so the boots were kept.
After a very bad day in the boots, we returned, and the feet were remeasured, and it was then that a new salesperson said we had been given the wrong size, and they corrected it.

Smooth experience booking, picking up and returning
6th use of this shop over 5 years. Good service until this year. This year poor quality skis supplied based on lack of appropriate options in the shop on arrival, and when ski swaps attempted through the week. Staff pleasant but ultimately unhelpful.
