the equipment was not in good shape, both skis very few alternatives and the boots very used and with smell
Very helpful and friendly - helping my wife on and off with her boots every day. also Bernard in the main shop in Courchevel village has years of experience and managed to stretch my own boots to accommodate a deformed ankle bone that has been causing me boot pain for years . He is a delight to work with . Thank you Bernard, I'm skiing pain free again !
Charlie and the team at Les Tovets store were extremely helpful with 4 of us renting skis, boots and helmets. They made sure we were 100% happy with our fitting, and went to extra lengths to get exactly what we needed. Excellent service.

The shop was really well organised when we arrived and very quick to get us set up. Very knowledgable staff , we had an issue with our skis and my daughters boots comfort and they we super helpful in sorting it all out quickly and efficiently. The sldge hire was great too - had a blast ! Can't recommend enough and really handy for the lift
