In previous years the range of rental options was much better. This year the boots have been poor and I had significant sole pain. The guys were helpful and tried to give me other boots, but only marginally improved the situation, with limited alternative options. I was told I should buy my own boots. While this is true, this was not "the party line" over the last few years, when I always had excellent support and we always found solutions.
