Good product at a reasonable price, however other ski rental shops do offer better products with better insurance protection 
The staff are so super friendly and helpful. A pair of skis was stollen during our stay and they were so helpful with a new pair and sorting out the paperwork for insurance claims etc. So nice to deal with smiling faces and they handled all the crowds amazingly! (and the free chocolate was yummy)

J'ai réglé en arrivant la totalité de la facture. J'ai rendu le matériel de mon fils une journée plus tôt pour raison professionnelle. Le magasin m'a dit de m'adresser à l'agence mère pour le remboursement . Résultat : ils refusent de me rembourser. C'est honteux ! Et cela ne donne pas envie de louer chez intersport la prochaine fois. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi le magasin qui a géré le matériel et qui a réceptionné le règlement n'a pas procédé lui-même au remboursement.
