Ordered black pack x2. Skis were adequate, had reasonable edges but we're not properly waxed. Boots were horrendous, we're not fitted properly even though machine was used. Machine was incorrect. Unable to achieve correct pressure on bindings, still too loose even when fully tightened. Changed boots, 2nd set still the same. Took away from skiing enjoyment

Always used Intersport and will again next year. The skis I was initially given this year were not good. Exceptionally grippy at the tip and front of the ski and unable to pick up speed. I was really unhappy, had to go back to the store and they were changed no problem. I would expect a gold ski (or any ski) to be correct first time?

Accueil moyen (réception: me rappelant de manière directive de faire attention de n'a pas abîmer le matériel de la boutique avec mes skis lors du retour … je n'ai pas du tout apprécié le ton employé. Commencer par Un bonjour est le minimum …) et attente sans information.

The reason is that my son decided to hire some ski equipment and whilst on the way he hurt himself. Due to the road conditions so he tried to cancel the equipment he had not used and could not!

The rental was very straightforward and happy with the equipment. Would have given 10 out of 10, but…….. I appreciate that I'm a slightly overweight middle-aged man, but as I was next in the return queue I'd have expected to be served next and not ignored for the attractive group of girls behind me. I think the young lad at Intersport was thinking with his penis rather than acting professionally.
