The reason is that my son decided to hire some ski equipment and whilst on the way he hurt himself. Due to the road conditions so he tried to cancel the equipment he had not used and could not!

The rental was very straightforward and happy with the equipment. Would have given 10 out of 10, but…….. I appreciate that I'm a slightly overweight middle-aged man, but as I was next in the return queue I'd have expected to be served next and not ignored for the attractive group of girls behind me. I think the young lad at Intersport was thinking with his penis rather than acting professionally.

The people actually handing out the equipment and dealing with the skis were so lovely and friendly, but the front of desk staff were rude both on the day we collected our rentals and upon return. I would not return here solely based on this experience

With 1 exception, the service was only okay at best. Equipment was reasonable, though I'd question the validity of the foot print system. Always seemed very rushed, limited personalisation.
Location was good, prices reasonable.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Website was easy to use, to book directly with the Shop. Received the standard of equipment we had booked, which was set-up perfectly for our (experienced) level of skiing and the piste conditions (December).
