Great equipment which was very easy to preorder online. Young male member of staff was clearly struggling with the number of people returning and hiring equipment (2 sets of people including us) He swore a lot unnecessarily in front of young children (in French) when returned items he had placed at the rear of the shop, fell over! He was quite brusque and not a good advert for your store. It's sad as we have used your store many times before.
