Good equipment, easy and straightforward on pick up and return. Always use Intersport. Only time ever had a problem with ski hire was when we used a different company.

Good equipment and friendly/competent staff, rented for me and wife for half of the price of club med where we were staying. Easy access there to rent and return. Unfortunately they were a bit short of equipment on the platinum range and I had to take a ski 10cm taller than me, would have preferred something on my height to 5cm higher.
Paid for Gold standard skis but offered only one set of skis that were not gold standard and too long . Shop was massively understaffed as well

We were at full capacity in that category during your stay, which unfortunately limited our selection at that moment. We also regret the wait time due to the high volume of visitors. Bonjour, Merci pour votre retour. Pour un des packs, les skis loués étaient des modèles débutants, volontairement plus courts pour plus de maniabilité. Comme nous sommes au pied des pistes, n'hésitez jamais à repasser nous voir immédiatement pour un ajustement ou un échange, nous le faisons avec plaisir en quelques minutes ! Very convenient location (with the close access to lockers at the top of Funicular/ entrance to ski lifts). Good equipment and customer service.
