Very easy process when picking up equipment. I emailed a day before to say we would be late collecting as our trip got cut short by one day due to train cancellations so Intersport refunded me the cost of the missed day. 10/10 customer service because I wasn't expecting a refund, I just didn't want them to think we weren't coming!

The boots my kids had were really worn-out and the bindings on my skis felt loose and often took a while to clip in. The actual skis were great. Helmets were very used.

Concernant votre ressenti en magasin, nous comprenons tout à fait votre impression liée à l’affluence. En période de forte activité, nos équipes font leur maximum pour servir chacun efficacement, mais cela peut effectivement donner ce sentiment. Nous travaillons continuellement à améliorer l’organisation et le confort en magasin, notamment sur l’espace dédié aux chaussures.
