Client validéduring the stay the conditions changed and from no snow for 6 weeks skiing on pisted ice to a monumental snowfall which rendered the hired skis unskiable on the deep snow. I had the middle package that when i needed (not on a whim) to change skis for safety, i was charged an additional fee for the correct skis for the conditions. I have never had this from any other hire company before
