Fairly friendly (not all) staff but they could not fulfill what I ordered. Service was not offered/available any of the 7 days and availability of different type of skis to test was very much below expectations despite the premium package ordered and paid for.

Basically good service. However, we didn't make reservations for skihelmets. Although there were plenty of helmets available (also later during the week we saw) we had to buy new ones!
That was really a scam!
