Skis donnés de qualité moins importante que ce que j'avais commandé par rapport à un autre intersport dans lequel nous sommes allés la semaine d'avant. On m'indique que la catégorie Platinum offre des services supplémentaires par rapport à Gold mais que c'est la même catégorie. J'ai revérifié depuis, ce n'est pas ce qui est inscrit sur le site. Je suis donc fortement mécontente d'avoir eu des skis gold toute la semaine franchement moins bien que ceux que j'avias eu la semaine d'avant dans un autre intersport.

Staff were unhelpful initially we accommodating a change in boot size. We booked boots for our daughter around 4 months before and since then her feet had grown. The initial member of staff refused to change the boot size saying you get what you book. This was when my wife and daughter went to get boots - I then went back to say they need changing to a different member of staff and to their credit they changed them.
The skis we were initially given were not set up correctly. The din on the binding had not been changed to start with and the toe wing was not resetting centrally which is either the result of poorly maintained bindings ( a broken spring or corrosion with in the toe housing). After a first run noticing this on my daughters skis they did change the bindings. However I should note she had a nasty fall on this first run. I cannot comment if the fall was related to the poorly set up binding or not. I went back to the shop and they did change the skis.
To summarise the initial service was poor from both customer service and equipment, however when questioned the team were helpful to change the equipment.
