After two days of skiing my son broke his wrist. We returned his skis and were told we can receive a refund. Now we are back home (not in France) and are being told we need a letter from the doctor at Val Thorens that he was not allowed to ski. How can a 14 year old with a broken wrist ski? We sent the letter from the doctor stating the injury, but still no refund. This is just unfair.

Le matériel était trop vieux et pas bon. Chaussures très vieilles, sans mousse, pas étanches. Ski anciens, pas de bonne qualité malgré le forfait gold. Je recommande pas du tout ce magasin.

I love intersport usually - superb service and great people. However this time i was charged an extra day. The guys at the shop probably didnt understand - but i only skied two days not three as inteded. I notified them and explained - but still got charged for three days. Can you please refund one days rental and i will give you a 10/10. Thanks very much.

Organisation complexe (chaussures au -1 puis remonter à l étage pour les skis) - les skis donnés à mon fils étaient trop petits il fait 1,70m et on lui a donné des skis pour une personée de 1,60m
