Les prix compétitifs, notamment via les réservations en ligne, sont également un point fort récurrent. Très bon accueil. Discussions en Anglais et Espagnol, un petit peu en Français. Bon matériels en rapport à notre niveau.
Quick and reliable service and very convenient to be located in hotel
Très bon matériel, une équipe sympathique. Après en fonction de l'horaire d'arrivée, penser à prendre votre mal en patience , l'attente peut être longue.
I have my own boots, so collection didn't take long, the equipment was fine, and return was very quick and easy. The only problem was that the address shown on the invoice was in Andorra La Vella, not in Soldeu which was very misleading and stressful as nobody seemed to know where the Intersport shop was. Fortunately I remembered having exactly the same issue previously. It really shouldn't be difficult to put the correct address on the invoice.

Le personel est vraiment pas agréable, on attendu plus de 15 min car c'était des réservations web INTERSPORT Le matériel est vraiment pas de qualité.

Great value, gear and service
Staff were use-full and swapped my partners boots when they were too tight. Felt the skis were poor quality, we got the 3rd best option would have hated to see what they gave for the 1st. Large chips and peeling surface. Would have been a 10 otherwise

I hardly found the location site, there is no information that this is INTERSPORT. Having found it, the renting was easy.

Le magasin à Soldeu n'est pas identifié comme étant Interesport. Il est très difficile à trouver.

The shop was difficult to find in the basement of a big hotel. Service was fine, once we found it. A but of a walk from the lifts.

Prix, matériels, accueil.
Le matériel et l'accueil a été de qualité. Rien à redire. Cependant, aucun panneau dans la rue n'indique où se trouve cet INTERSPORT à Soldeu (en sous-sol d'un hôtel !). On a perdu 20 min à le trouver alors qu'on avait qu'une seule journée de ski. Merci pour les futurs clients d'indiquer clairement au niveau de la rue sa position par des panneaux svp !

Shop was very hard to find with no obvious Intersport branding, nobody we asked knew where it was. A local restaurant very kindly phoned them. Skis were good but didn't seem particularly well prepared.
