The staff are so helpful, nice, and accommodating! It was very fast and easy to get my gear and even leave it overnight so I didn't have to haul it back and forth to my accommodation. Great location right next to the lifts. Highly recommend!

They were very helpful. I stated with them that I wanted to cancel 1 boot hire as part of my group had bought boots. They were fine but said they could not sort our a refund. Said nothing to do with them.. very disappointing. Service good but the lack of ability to sort this and actually contact the web team would stop me in the future using your service.
