Mooie winkel en zeer aardig personeel. Materiaal minder kwaliteit. Eén keer schoenveter kapot. En ski's van mijn dochter een keer paste de schoen ineens niet meer in de ski?
Volgens de verhuurder omdat zij de ski's verkeerd gedragen had naar de piste? Dit is door de winkel verholpen. Dag daarna weer hetzelfde stonden op piste en konden lopend terug. Erg vervelend!

The boots were good, the skis were fine but we had a problem with one of the poles. While cleaning the snow from his boot, the end of my friend's pole fell off. On examination the pole was a cheap, chinese plastic tube. We returned the pole for exchange and, despite having taken out insurance, was charged 20euros for a replacement. To say that we were disgusted is an understatement. After many years hiring from Intersport, this is probably the last.
Personnel très agréable et serviable
booked platinum skis but didn't get the offer of a locker or free shuttle return to accommodation as advertised, bindings on one set of skis not adjusted correctly so had to go back on the first day and all 3 sets of skis had to get swapped as they provided the wrong size skis for some members of the party!
