Great location but unfortunately a terrible experience. Aside from the long wait to collect the equipment, I'd pre-booked ‘Gold Package' kit but there was blatantly no correlation to what boots / skis were actually provided. Boots were extremely tired and had to change after 2 days. Ski bindings were incorrectly set too far back on each ski - annoyingly it took a couple of days to realise what was going on before changing skis too. End result - got half a day of great skiing with decent kit out of a long weekend, so won't risk hiring here again…

quality of the kit was not good, had to swap my snowboard bindings during the week as they were not staying done up. this was dangerous when snowboarding as the bindings would come off the front of my boots and even after getting them replaced, there was little to no improvement. when i asked for some kind of compensation as this issue kept disrupting my holiday, they said there was nothing they could do, so not helpful at all.
