1. Couldn't pick up the skis the evening before the start of the rental despite going to the shop at 17:00 and it being empty.
2. Couldn't adjust my booking as I didn't require the helmet I ordered.

Nous sommes arrivés le samedi soir à 18h20 pour récupérer notre matériel. Il est indiqué que le magasin ferme a 18h30. La personne qui nous a accueilli nous a demandé de revenir le lendemain. Nous avons eu 1h40 d'attente le lendemain et perdu une petite journée de ski le temps de remonter en voiture avec les enfants. Il serait préférable d'indiquer des horaire de fermetures plus tôt. D'autant que le samedi est une journée charnière pour le loueur et les clients. Nous avons par contre été dans la semaine au magasin Intersport du Jaillet où la gérante était très sympathique
Amabilité , organisation dans la prise et le retour du matériel de ski, afin de minimiser les temps d'attente .
Julien et son équipe super sympas. Top la réorganisation du magasin avec plus de place pour récupérer le matériel de ski

We reserved skis and boots in advance, but the store did not have boots in the correct size, and the staff member tried to convince my wife to take boots that were two sizes too big. Idiotic, unhelpful and unsafe.
All round great service, only worry was being unable to book a locker (or generally have the shop hold our skis and boots). Turned out OK in the end, but I knew it was a long walk to the chalet and would have preferred to have been able to have this service available to me to confirm beforehand.

I rented the Noir category and equipments were not good enough. Also there was no 157cm board size (only 155 and 160). On the othe side, Staff was super friendly and parking near by is convienint so going for a 5/10

It was hard to communicate with the staff as they dont talk much. When they give skis they didnt make the adjustments for the shoes so ı had problem

Helpful & accommodating staff members! The team made sure I got the right fitting boots. They were comfortable, looked brand new and were well cleaned before my use. My skis were perfect also for the level I needed. Would highly recommend even if not staying in Rochburne as their prices made the walk up hill worthwhile!
