On nous a spontanément proposé de venir chercher le matériel dès la veille, plutôt que de devoir aller le chercher le lendemain de notre premier jour de location. Le changement de modèle de ski, effectué à mi-parcours de la location, s'est également déroulé sans problème et a été accompagné d'explications claires
