Nous avons dû revenir 3 fois au magasin par cause de mauvais services (pour 2 d'entre eux). La première fois car le moniteur ESF nous a dit qu'il y avait un problème sur les skis (mal affûté ou fartés). La deuxième fois car les chaussures nous semblait trop petites (finalement à la bonne taille). La troisième fois car les bâtons donnés étaient trop petit malgré ma demande d'avoir des bâtons plus grands (demande non exhaussée car "si on vous a donnés ces bâtons, c'est qu'ils sont à la bonne taille") : le moniteur ESF nous l'a confirmé qu'ils étaient trop petits donc nous sommes revenus pour les échanger.

Staff was pushing products we didn't want, and the service level was not good. Finally, when we got the skis we wanted the equipment was okay. Listen to you customers next time…..

Materiel mal réglé + matériel basse gamme fourni bien qu'on ait paye le pack haut de gamme… vendeur avec une attitude mesquine et passive-agressive avec les clients - surtout quand ils ont deja payé - les insulte s subtiles et language désobligeant n'est pas nécessaire à moins que vous vouliez perdre des clients. On est venu en basse saison et on a subi ce traitement de la part d'un des vendeurs (les autres étaient super). Dommage mais nous ne reviendrons plus vers cette boutique et la déconseillerons.

Friendly, welcoming, help when visiting again to readjust bindings, and accepting when I confessed to scratching the base of one ski. Chatted about the other mountain offerings and how to hire e.g. ski randonnee and snow shoe hire (for next year!).

The staff were great and very helpful , but two children ( of 4) got the wrong sized boots which caused shin injury to both on the first day - one was reduced 2 sizes and the other by one size -
