Online reservation system was easy and pickup took little time at all. We brought our boots from the US, which they had no problem adjusting the ski bindings to fit. Skis were good quality and had no issues with them during the trip. Poles were basic rentals (heavier than our nice poles we own) but did the job just fine. Staff was friendly enough and spoke English well. Location was excellent for our rented apartment.
