Ski de mauvaise qualité et fart qui ne tient pas problème pour skier avec ( freinage excessif) obligé de rendre les ski le vendredi à 13h et donc pas fini ma journée. Le magasin a reconnu que les skis étaient trop vieux et ne les remettrait pas à la location l'année prochaine. Bref ça me fait une belle jambe , même pas une remise.

I was given a beginner ski (volkl peregrine 7.6) when I ordered the black pack and specified I am an experienced skier. When I pointed out it is a beginner's ski, the tech tried to convince me it was a good ski. After finally convincing him, it was swapped to the Arcade 82, which is clearly what black pack should be. I was not impressed with being given a very low level ski, and then having to debate this fact with the tech, before getting an adequate ski for the package I booked.

J'avais réservé une paire de chaussures de ski enfant en 23 et arriver sur place les pointures ne commencent qu'au 24 donc dommage car dans le massif central nous avons pu avoir du 23
