They were really helpful with the equipment when we needed to exchange the boots, and they waited for us after closing time for returns when we were stuck at Arc1800 as the bus broke down! Fantastic service from Manu and Jerome

C'est quelque chose que beaucoup de magasins de location font pour éviter que certains clients ne se plaignent de la rigidité, mais je pense qu'ils devraient conseiller à ce sujet. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable towards myself and all members of my party. They also changed my skis and boots the following day, to correct an issue that I was having, which certainly improved my skiing comfort and performance.

Very disappointing experience with this ski rental. The service felt rushed and impersonal from start to finish. Staff were not engaged, gave very little explanation, and offered no real advice. What frustrated me most was that they decided which skis I should take, even though I clearly had my own preference. Overall, not customer-focused and not a pleasant experience.
