The team were very friendly and efficient. We were also able to leave our skis in the shop overnight which was much appreciated, so we didn't have to carry them down on the Lozanges to our accommodation. The whole experience was great, I would definitely recommend!

Très bon accueil et bon matériel
Le matériel n'est pas farté, pas du tout. En ayant pris le pack le plus cher c'est inadmissible.
The shop at Plan Peisy Melezens did not have any 'platinum skis' and the first person that servied me (older man with stubble) tried to fob me off with a pair of skis that where clearly not what I ordered. He either did not know the difference, or did not care. As a female his attitude was very much that I did not know the difference he said. Second gentleman that helped me (younger man with short hair) at the end of the first day was very kind and rang around other stores to find the right pair of skis (He gets a 10 while the first guys actually gets a 0 for being useless, condesending and a little sexist).
