Le personnel a été au petit soin pour nous et tout c'est parfaitement passé.
Matériel en mauvais état. J'ai fait remarquer lors de la prise, que l'intérieur des chaussures étaient très humides, ce à quoi on m'a répondu que c'était le produit désinfectant mis après chaque location. J'ai eu droit à des chaussures qui prennent l'eau. Skier avec les pieds glacés, c'est pas génial. A mon retour de location, je l'ai fait remarquer au responsable du magasin, que le caoutchouc qui sert à éviter les infiltrations de la neige qui fond, était détérioré. Il m'a répondu "ce sont des chaussures qui n'ont pas un an..." ça n'est pas mon problème. Et même pas une excuse !

Me and my friend's skis went missing as someone must have taken the wrong skis. The one left behind was from Intersport Bergers store and I am sure it was that person because their ski pole had the same camera mount as mine. I took a photo of the barcodes on their skis thinking it should be easy to track that person down as their customer database should have name and contact.
When I went to Berger's store they said I need to talk to Odalys because that is where I rented mine and they are independent stores. So I walked back and they said they cannot do anything about it, if it turns up thats good, if it doesn't "you're cooked" his exact words but luckily I bought the "insurance" (which only covers half the cost by the way). I asked if they can call the other store find the guy on the barcode of the skis left behind. They took a the barcode picture and said they will get in contact.
I just left the issue it with them since I still had 3 more days of skiing and having the barcode and likelihood that guy took my skis I thought it should be a quick misunderstanding that could be quickly resolved. They did say that if it doesn't turn up before the end of my rental, then I would have to pay.... even if it turns up AFTER. So the shop gave me replacement skis, and I paid for the "insurance" on these too.
At the end of my rental when I returned the equipment, they said they hadn't heard about the lost skis and soyou have to pay. I asked if they called the other shop, they said that I can call. They were seeminly being as little help as possible.
Only after insisting did the guy who appears to be the junior manager make a call but simply said they are not picking up. "So you have to pay". I pushed further his repsonse was "you have to pay". It seems like he was really focused on me paying. I said obviously I would prefer not to pay if we can find it and pushed him harder so he talked to the boss who make a lengthy call and concluded that the other store does not have the skis.
So then going to his cashier computer, I'm standing next to him as he brings up the charge, he is reviewing the insurance to calculate how much to charge for the lost skis.
As he is doing so he sees that I was charged 10Euro per set for what should have been 6Euro per set. This made me very skeptical so I took a photo of the information which made the boss

Good service, it's handy not to travel with skis anyway, they were a bit older but worked well. (Not that I'm an expert:) )

The staff are so helpful, nice, and accommodating! It was very fast and easy to get my gear and even leave it overnight so I didn't have to haul it back and forth to my accommodation. Great location right next to the lifts. Highly recommend!
