The package had never been received! Shocking!
The delivery was super quick and the quality and style of clothing is always spot on.
The item has not arrived. Billabong have not responded to me. I contacted DPD and they said billabong have not filled the shipment details so I can't complete security to find out where the parcel is
I made my order on the 6th June, it is now the 18th June and I have still not received it. The tracking is useless and the customer service is non existent. I would go out of my way to avoid using Billabong in any capacity in the future.

Customer service has been shocking. Item never arrived yet no-one is responding to messages about it. Automated chatbots are incorrectly answering
I have not received my order as there is a problem with the delivery with DPD. Billabong has not been able to help be so far. I am waiting for a reimbursement.

12 days after ordering it's still not arrived, and the tracking says it's “in transit”. Was meant to be for a present. Will now arrive late, if it ever arrives. Tried contacting customer service and they told me to just keep waiting.
I ordered a bikini set and only the top arrived. I contacted customer services over a week ago and haven't received any response

Le service client est très difficile à joindre : il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone, je reçois principalement des réponses automatiques générées par l'IA et je n'ai obtenu aucune aide concrète pour résoudre mon problème. Porque están empezando a sacar camisetas con surferos y fotos reales, como en los 90s y los 2000s. La calidad de los materiales parece un poco mejor. Billabong y todas las marcas surferas han perdido el norte, ese estilo que las hizo famosas, todo el mundo busca esos estampados tribales, fotos de surferos reventado una ola. Parece que está otra vez recuperando ese estilo "OG". A las camisetas le pediría también un poco más de largo y no tan cortas. No entiendo como una compañía tan grande se le escapa o no es capaz de ver lo que la gente está pidiendo que vuelva. Diseñadores, marketing, no lo están haciendo muy bien.
