I paid to have the item delivered, then I paid to have it returned, so in the end it cost me close to £10 just to try some shorts on at home and then send them back as I didn't like the design (lace up gusset to waist line). I'll not be back trying items at home again!

The denim jacket I received looked like it had been worn, it was all bobbly inside and had a strange smell on it, I was very disappointed, so I've returned it, awaiting my refund. The other products o bought were fine.

Would have been 10 but you were selling more than the stock you had and part of my order was cancelled.
No reply from email about quality of fleece. Has arrived with stitching coming away, asked to send photos and have been ignored.

I have received one of the triangle without padding. The I contacted the customer service twice to request to send me the missing padding only and never heard from them. I think this is extremely shocking.

Ordered something on special, had to wait 3 weeks before I got in touch. Then to be told the package is lost. The items I wanted was not on sale anymore. And got an amazing 15 percent voucher. Wouldn't recommend unfortunately.
