Arrived on time,good quality 
I've wore Billabong clothes for years. I always feel smart when I've got them on.
One item I ordered wasn't the same as shown on the website. There has been no issues obtaining a return label to send itback. I've just got to get to an Evri pick up shop.
Prompt delivery, item is great quality and value for money.
Materials of your clothing are top quality, love design and sizing in most cases is perfect for me

Such poor communication regarding my delivery not coming after a week for me to chase to find out it's not even been dispatched, followed it up and never got a reply! Item came eventually but still never heard back from them and no comms on it coming late or why!
The item is fantastic but the time it took to deliver was rediculous and was a birthday present that arrived too late . 2 weeks should have been ample time to receive this item .
Where can i start from?did a combined order pf approximately £200 billabong and quiksilver, I never received a confirmation of order for half of those and never been informed that those will be shipped together..the ones that have been sent from the UK warehouse arrived earlier than expected and I was not home to receive it.. Is been now 4 weeks that is with Royal mail and tracking says it is still in transit.
Tried to contact Royal mail and no response
Contacted Billabong and came back with an automated response, tried to contact them again so I can speak with a live agent and again no reply..
So so disappointing, been a client since a kid for more than 25 yrs and I WILL NEVER shop again..disgrace for such a legendary brand..

Product is great. Delivery whilst within the time frame advertised in the t&c is slow slow slow nearly 3 weeks before it arrived after ordering is a long lead time, otherwise fantastic.
Really pretty and flattering dresses and seems like a good quality. Delivery is fast and return process is easy.

Ordered a beautiful pink jumpsuit, excellent cotton, arrived quickly. No problems. I suggest you go down a size. However, Jump suits are made to be on the larger side. I'm v happy and will order again.
