I find it absolutely appalling to have placed an order and still not have the item I purchased. Date of purchase was the 7th of May 2026, it is the 25th today and still haven't received what I ordered. To have, on top of that, received an email where I am asked to provide a feedback regarding my experience and the likelihood of ordering again or recommending you to friends and family seems like a bad joke really. I am aware some items may arrive from European warehouses, but 18 days is ludicrous. Will not buy again!

Word once and 3 seams already unraveling. They were for a special occasion and bought by son with birthday money so no time to return. For this brand and £70 I expected better

Absolute mess - one order confirmation, two weeks silence, no tracking. Gave me a refund at one point then took the money back. One day the order arrived without any notice. Luckily I was in to collect it. Terrible service..

It was a good product at a fair price. However, it took almost three weeks to arrive. My enquiries to customer services resulted in a standard terms-and-conditions response and then a we-are-very-busy response and no help whatsoever. In summary: product, fine; service, poor.
