Easy to order, quality items
Your sizing makes no sense. The yellow shirt was huge but the cream one (returned) was tiny. The quality of the yellow one is good though and acceptable for layering.
Despatch time of nearly 3 weeks. No communication regarding delayed despatch. Unable to cancel order.
Advised to refuse delivery as only method of cancelling.
Return of items equally frustrating. Items returned 23 feb, received my yourselves 26th feb, advised by AI bot refund can take 10 working days from date of receipt.
