Great product and fast delivery 
My order was placed and I paid for express shipping, I Sent 3 messages to customer care and it took over 3 weeks for my order to even ship.
Items are as described and in perfect condition and delivery was quick
It arrived and looks great. Soft cotton is the best...
I thought the discount on second order would include wetsuits. Seems it excludes most things.
Order arrived in 2 different parcels, very expensive for what it is. 110 euros for 2 t-shirts and 1 bikini is not something I will repeat
Love the products, just not having a great experience returning an item that I ordered. It would appear that I can only return my item to one of 4 locations in Dublin which is bonkers. When i queried this on you help chat it kept directing me the US help and they can't help me so I'm stuck.
Dress arrived promptly but customer service has been abysmal so far. Free returns appears to. R for us customers. I was redirected to European costumer service email and am still waiting on a reply.
Quality and speed of delivery
Package still not arrived on 22nd May. Was bought as a present for someone who will now not get it in time. Disappointed.
Cause the purchase was smooth and accurate (despite a brief hiccough in the customer service mails) ☘️
My order still has not arrived
I've ordered 3 shorts of the same product only in different colours, but 2 of them came in the wrong size and despite multiple follow ups I still haven't heard back from the customer care team about refund or returns! Very poor service, hugely disappointing!

Absolutely not. Delivery didn't have all goods init. Customer service horrendous. I'll be avoiding this site, product ant recommending either. Very disappointed.

The shopping itself was good, but the package arrived broken and partially open. UPS has to be the worst delivery partner to use!

Your customer service is appalling. There's no way of speaking to a person. I reached out at least five times by email, the chat function didn't work and I tried via Facebook. I still haven't received the items and I'm leaving the country for three months tomorrow, with no idea when they'll arrive and no way of returning them. All your reviews are about your abhorrent customer service; you'd think you might do something about it.
