Customers primarily praise the high quality and original designs of Billabong products. Fast delivery is also frequently mentioned positively. Occasionally, there is criticism regarding delivery times and customer service communication, but these points are overshadowed by the majority of positive feedback.

Delivered product different than what was ordered. Not possible to reach client service center. Still waiting for someone to react on the online contact request.

I paid to have the item delivered, then I paid to have it returned, so in the end it cost me close to £10 just to try some shorts on at home and then send them back as I didn't like the design (lace up gusset to waist line). I'll not be back trying items at home again!

Goef
The denim jacket I received looked like it had been worn, it was all bobbly inside and had a strange smell on it, I was very disappointed, so I've returned it, awaiting my refund. The other products o bought were fine.
