The equipment were not good. I rented BLACK pack and paid more for this pack, but I got really bad skis. My friends (who is guys) got much better skis and equipment for a less expensive pack. The skis were so heavy, dull and not good at all. They looked old and rusty as well. We figured this skis were old normal skis that are now considered ”female skis”. Very disappointed. The boots were also very hard and uncomfortable. Will never buy here again. The guy that served me the equipment was rude as well, not happy with this.

Rien à dire sur le matériel mais lors des changements de chaussures en cours de semaine cause gêne, n'avons pas été super bien accueillis, avons eu le sentiment de déranger plus qu'autre chose.

Not believing several members of our party when they said the boots were too small and asked to try a bigger size. The staff were rude when we requested this and even made snide comments before finally agreeing to other sizes being tried. We have used your company many times and have always received knowledgeable, respectful, and professional service — this experience fell far below that.

The employees didn't pay attention and weren't trying to help you with any advice. I was lucky to get answers out of them, most of the time they just silently left instead of helping or listening to me. The place smells heavily, as do most of the shoes. The snowboard wasn't sharpened well and the shoe bindings were constantly unstrapping.

Les ski étaient de bonne qualité mais plusieurs problèmes de chaussures ont fortement gâché la semaine. 1- 1 personne de notre groupe (22 ans) a dù changer 3 fois de chaussures. Elle a eu des douleurs sur le tibia,et un énorme oedème qui a duré 3jours. E changements de chaussurzs. La 3e fois il lui a été dit qu'elle a les pieds plats et qu'elle doit porter se semelles orthopédiques , lui faisant croire qu c'est son pied plat qui est le problème. Ils ont également voulu lui faire payer une semelle sport a 40 euros. Résultat: encore plus mal. Elle finit par utiliser les chaussures de sa mère très souples et les douleurs sont terminées . 2- Idem pour une 2e personne de 25 ans. . Il finit par en acheter des neuves tès confortables dans un magasin. Plus de soucis 3- pour moi: milieu de semaine. Des irritations rouges à sang sur le tibia droit. L'achat de pansements anti ampoules l'a permis de finir la semaine. Vous comprendrez que sur 6 skieurs c'est très conséquent.
