My partner was provided boots with no soles that badly hurt her feet. She was a first timer. The colleague in store brushed our complaint off, we would like a refund, otherwise I will choose other ski suppliers next time.

I was given the wrong ski boots, which caused significant discomfort and left my legs extremely sore. As a result, I was unable to ski for half of my trip. Additionally, the shop had a strong unpleasant odor.

I rented ski equipment from Intersport and had a great experience. The equipment was in good condition, and the bindings were adjusted based on my measurements, which made everything feel safe and comfortable on the slopes. The staff were also very helpful and kind throughout the process. Overall, a smooth and pleasant rental experience.
