My din settings were set too low causing my ski to pop off whilst I was doing a turn. This caused me to have a huge crash down the mountain almost hitting lots of people and hurting myself. I took my skis back to the shop and the staff member said they set all din settings to intermediate level. When ordering the rental online I stated that I am expert/advanced/experienced so my din settings were set wrong. I have skied for 14 days in three resorts and this was the only crash I had. I am very annoyed that this happened and I hope you change your processes to set din settings to what people state on their form and not just set them to intermediate.

The staff were not very helpful or friendly. Some of the equipment needed replacing due to fastenings not working well, which used up some of our skiing time but the staff were slow and slightly reluctant to help.
