Malgré une réservation faite en ligne une semaine à l'avance (paiement effectué en ligne), le temps d'attente est le même que pour ceux qui n'ont pas réservé, je ne vois donc pas l'intérêt de réserver en ligne si rien n'est mis en place pour favoriser les réservations à l'avance (qui permettent à Intersport de s'organiser et de préparer les stocks) et libérer la salle de location (qui était bondée). En complément, le matériel réservé n'était pas disponible et a dû être modifié (sans surcout). Très bon point pour le personnel qui est très respectueux et s'adapte au besoin rapidement.

I got the gold package. Which is the package one below the best one. I looked up the price of each ski and it was ~500$ and the price to replace if broken was 800$. Also they did not let me put damage insurance on the 2nd best option. I would have preferred if that was more apparent when renting online that there was no damage insurance. When I got to the store I was surprised and would have preferred to rent the best skis with damage insurance if I knew. But my skis were great and I had no problems with them. I just had to treat them better and do less park/tree skiing b/c of it. That kinda of limited my sking enjoyment. I liked that I was able to change out skis halfway through. It was super easy and fast to get skis, change and return. The workers were really helpful and nice. Would recommend intersport to my friends and if I come back I would rent from intersport.
