Good equipment, friendly people. Closing for 2.5 hours over lunchtime is very annoying for arrival and departure times, hence could not give 10/10 rating

Your staff member who served me was most unhelpful. I didn't have my ski hire booking reference to hand and she said it wasn't possible to find my details without it. My wife attended separately and had the same problem but the staff member just looked her up using her name. The staff member who served me refused to do this , meaning I had a 20 minute trip back to the hotel.
