Qualidade do produto
Nothing has arrived yet.

Received a good quality product
I haven't recieved my order
Kundenservice eine Kathasrophe
Weil falsch Ware geschickt wurde
lost parcel and absolutely zero response from carrier AND from you weeks after
Ils me plaisent et me ressemblent ».
compra fácil e entrega rápida, produto corresponde ao mencionado no site
The order never arrived, customer service only sends automated responses and does not offer to help, will never order from Billabong again

When attempting to return the item, the automated AI response didn't recognise my order number. Every response was automated and after hours of trying I gave up. Just a continual ai response on how to do a return. I hit 9 attempts giving feedback each time. Do not understand any circumstances use Billabong online.

great products
It was never delivered to me! I contacted customer services twice and still no one has got back to me (12 days later). NOT happy!!
Its weird, order didnt turn up due to a 'system error'. Communication has been so bad I had to check it wasnt a scam!
One of the items still hasn't arrived and despite multiple emails to customer service, no one is getting back to me.
The items were superb, even better than the pictures.
