Apart from the items being great. The service was appalling. No updates regarding delivery, no customer service at all. I would still buy Billabong but never from the website.

I have not received my items. The delivery said they couldn't enter our building or reach me but I had shared the door code and my phone number, no missed calls. I did my order to have with me on vacation that now failed and I'm very disappointed. I still haven't received any information on where/if my packages has been left at any delivery point .
