My item wasn't delivered. I told them this and they literally just returned the link to DPD that said it had been delivered. No help at all . £27 for a cap for a birthday present . May as well have set fire to the money.
Love the products, just not having a great experience returning an item that I ordered. It would appear that I can only return my item to one of 4 locations in Dublin which is bonkers. When i queried this on you help chat it kept directing me the US help and they can't help me so I'm stuck.
Nice clothes but appalling unresponsive customer service , website only has faqs etc in German, extreme slow to deliver (several weeks )

Realicé un pedido de 3 artículos. Uno de ellos no estaba disponible por falta de stock, pero no me informasteis de ello hasta 10 días después, cuando yo ya había recibido el resto del pedido. Esta es una información que ya conocíais en el momento de preparar el envío. Además, la devolución correspondiente a ese artículo nunca llegó. Cuando la reclamé, vuestra respuesta fue que necesitabais recibir y comprobar el artículo para tramitar el reembolso, algo imposible ya que dicho artículo nunca fue enviado. La gestión ha sido muy deficiente y la experiencia de compra ha sido muy negativa. Os solicito que procedáis a realizar la devolución pendiente de forma inmediata, ya que el artículo no ha sido entregado y no existe ningún motivo para seguir retrasando el reembolso. Quedo a la espera de una solución urgente.

Cant cancel order ,becuse it took long time.
I had an issue with my delivery address and I wasn't given a very good response. I did have a response and explanation which was not the person in customer service's fault but the system itself, as I understand it.
Not received item
I ordered 2 t shirts one came with in a few days. The was coming from the europe outlet..
No I would not recommend ordering an item I have paid for cannot be traced

trotz Ankündigung von 15% Rabatt bei Newsletter, kein Rabatt erhalten. Bestelltes Produkt war trotz richtiger Größenangabe zu klein. Kosten bei Retoure von über 8€ Abzug ist eine Frechheit. zwei mails an Kundenservice blieben unbeantwortet. Kundenfreundlich? leider überhaupt nicht

Weil nur eine Teillieferung erfolgte ohne dass ich davon in Kenntnis gesetzt wurde. Und die Lieferzeit war leider länger als angegeben.

Dress arrived promptly but customer service has been abysmal so far. Free returns appears to. R for us customers. I was redirected to European costumer service email and am still waiting on a reply.
