I still haven't received part of my order. I've contacted customer support several times and haven't had a response, other than being sent an automated reply.
Not arrived 14 days after order. Customer service very poor simply sending the same link that shows no update for 9 days. No effort to assist or remedy

Because I haven't received it although the tracking code says it's been delivered was delivered 05/06/26????

Order hasn't arrived and can't get help from customer services - just keep getting automated response
I placed an order 25th May, after having to chase it last week after having no updates it went out for delivery and then returned to sender. At no time has anyone tried to deliver this order, there is always some home in this house. Terrible shopping experience, awful response from Billabong. I won't shop here again.

i have not received my order and emails customer support 4 times abou it.
My order never arrived even though Dpd said it was delivered. Customer service have not responded to me.

Order arrived in 2 different parcels, very expensive for what it is. 110 euros for 2 t-shirts and 1 bikini is not something I will repeat

I still haven't received my order
After 18 days the goods have not arrived!
Awful customer services. I've made contact through their online form many times as 1 parcel hasn't been delivered but I have been charged for it. Order was placed in May and all I get is an AI response saying to wait 10 days as delivery comes from Europe. Won't be buying from Billabong again.

My order was not delivered and I have had no response from Billabong customer service despite sending several requests for support. I would not recommend purchasing from Billabong.
I still have not received 2 of my items from my order even though I have chased your company and you have charged the full order amount to my credit card. I have contacted your customer care team and they have still not confirmed when the items will be dispatched. It is now over 2 weeks since the order was placed.
Item never received. I messaged support but was given a token reply. No attempt made by seller to resolve.
