Ich habe meine bestellung nicht erhalten und weder eine sendungsverfolgungsnummer bekommen noch die bestätigung das mein Paket auf dem Weg zu mir ist. Ich bitte un Hilfe, da ich auch niemanden erreichen kann

Compro esta marca por nostalgia y por mi deporte, pero creo que debería adaptarse a los nuevos tiempos y además cuidar más del medio ambiente en cuanto a tejidos. Para las nuevas generaciones ha quedado desfasada, una línea eco sería muy atrayente.

Die Bestellung kommt in sehr vielen Verschiedenen Paketen zu unterschiedlichen Zeitpunkten einige Tage auseinander. Sehr unkomfortabel für den Kunden.

La commande s'est bien passée. Quant aux tongs, celles-ci sont confortables même neuves et devraient être solides. J'avais acheté les précédentes début 2019, elles auront donc tenu 7 ans malgré une utilisation intensive pendant plusieurs mois par an même autour des pontons de ski nautique.

Contact leggen met de klantenservice is werkelijk onmogelijk. Eerst waren er problemen met de levertijd en vervolgens kreeg ik een compleet ander wetsuit dan ik besteld had. Dit probleem is meerdere keren gemeld maar hierop heb ik nog geen reactie gehad.

Like the stuff, good quality, just occasionally, for good reasons , the delivery takes longer by today's standards and the info not always there.
Absolute mess - one order confirmation, two weeks silence, no tracking. Gave me a refund at one point then took the money back. One day the order arrived without any notice. Luckily I was in to collect it. Terrible service.. Had to return the item because it was too small and turns out you can't do mobile returns?! Have to do it on a computer. Utterly bizarre in 2026.

Car j'ai commandé un pantalon qui était en stock sur le site, je n'ai pas pu l'avoir car il était soi disant en rupture de stock. Or il était toujours disponible à l'achat sur le site les jours après. D'autant plus que j'ai envoyé 2 mails à ce sujet il y a une semaine et que je n'ai aucune réponse. Et j'ai utilisé 300 points pour ma commande, ils ont alors été divisés en deux sur chaque produit, sans être remboursé. J'ai donc perdu 150 poins en plus.
