My order never arrived. I have spent over £100 and haven't received anything despite watching the tracking move from country to country. The tracking has not moved since the 9th June. Now we on the 21st.
I ordered 3 items. Two I wanted but bought a third to qualify for an offer. I was only sent the reserve item. The two I actually wanted were declared unavailable. Poor
I have not received my parcel even though delivery websites have said it has been delivered. I have emailed 3 times to question what is going on and have not heard back at all, customer service has been terrible
I really liked what I ordered but I didn't receive it or any updates in 2 weeks after being told it was shipped so I asked where it was and was ensured that it was on its way. 5 minutes later I was informed both orders had been cancelled and the items I ordered were also now out of stock, hence why I ordered with early access. Easily the worst online shopping experience I've had.

Reibungslose Bestellung von 3 Shirts. Nur die Lieferung kam unterschiedlich an, erst 1 Shirt und dann 2 Shirts. Umwelttechnisch hätte ich es besser gefunden wenn alles gemeinsam geliefert worden wäre.
It's been 2 weeks and the order hasn't yet arrived. The tracking doesn't work at Billabong customer service doesn't reply. I did get an email offering 30% off my next purchase, but that's not any kind of compensation since I hope not to shop with Billabong again. It's a shame because the products, from experience, are good, but the service has been awful

Los productos ya los conozco (sobre todo los bañadores) y me parecen espectaculares en diseño, calidad, durabilidad y se adaptan a mi cuerpo siempre bien. El envío fue bastante rápido, también.
