It was a good product at a fair price. However, it took almost three weeks to arrive. My enquiries to customer services resulted in a standard terms-and-conditions response and then a we-are-very-busy response and no help whatsoever. In summary: product, fine; service, poor.
Meine Lieferung sollte schon vor einer Woche eintreffen, aber sie ist noch nicht da. Wenn ich auf das Tracking der Spedition gehe, kann ich auch kein konkretes Lieferdatum sehen. Außerdem ist alles auf holländisch!

Habe eine komplette falsche Lieferung erhalten, nichtmal von Billabong sonder von Boardriders. Da müssen im Versandhause wohl 2 Pakete vertauscht worden sein . Auf E-Mails wird einfach nicht mehr geantwortet… Sehr schlechter Kundensupport

I've ordered 3 shorts of the same product only in different colours, but 2 of them came in the wrong size and despite multiple follow ups I still haven't heard back from the customer care team about refund or returns! Very poor service, hugely disappointing!
