The UK site doesn't have customer support and it's support rerouted to the US site who cannot recognise my email and order. My order had been missing for 3 weeks and nobody seems to know where it's gone. Vague and fake answers that you should've received confirmation email, which I didn't, is just poor service and inability to deal with the query. I've been sending them constant emails but haven't received a reply that locates my missing order. Avoid buying from this company!

2e fois que ma commande n'est pas expédiée entièrement, 3e fois pour moi qu'un article est annulé. Peut être serait-il judicieux d'avoir une meilleure gestion des stocks ou débiter uniquement quand le colis est envoyé. J'ai recommencé 2 fois ma commande, 2 fois annulée. C'est une vraie déception, votre site n'est plus fiable.
