Ordered a pair of shorts. It has been 2.5 weeks and they still haven't replied. No reply to any emails. Tracking is ambiguous about the status of the order. I had a generic email saying there were delays with courier and offering a discount code, but why would I use this given my experience? Very disappointed by Billabong and won't use them again.

Order has still not arrived after 2 weeks and I have had 1 email saying the order is being ‘closely monitored' but with no real information. Customer service are very slow to reply. I thought Billabong was a reputable company but my experience has been terrible.

My order never arrived. I have spent over £100 and haven't received anything despite watching the tracking move from country to country. The tracking has not moved since the 9th June. Now we on the 21st.
