Manque de matériel à notre arrivée malgré une réservation sur internet bien anticipée : mauvaise taille de ski et casque en mauvais état pour ma fille, taille de snow trop petite - personnel qui semble déjà épuisé et/ou blasé, alors que la haute saison démarre.
Sur le mail reçu nous pouvons récupérer nos ski a partir de 16h30 or une fois arrivé au magasin celle ci nous dit 17h30 et qu on a reçu un mail or aucun mail reçu. Pour le retour nous arrivons a 18h30 dans le magasin et le vendeur nous fait la remarque su il était temps car le magasin aller fermer or il ferme à 19h. Et de plus le même vendeur se plante au niveau de l encaissement et nous fait régler deux fois la location de ski. Donc le directeur a repris notre dossier et a du procédé au remboursement. Et bien sûr pas de geste commercial
Parce que de l'accueil, aux essayages jusu. Aux petits sévices supplémentaires, on est face à des commerçants faisant preuve de professionnalisme et de gentillesse.
I came for a 5-day snowboarding vacation.
I received a worn out board , boots and bindings that ruined the first three days of skiing. The board was very big to my size worn out and heavy the bindings kept falling apart and got loosen and sometimes completely open while I was skiing so i had to sit in the end or in the middle of each slope and rebind all of them. Sadly eventually i injured my rib badly since the left Toe strap got loosen in the middle of a high speed stretch though i just strengthened it few minutes before! It was horrible and dangerous and severely damaged my vacation as i couldn't really ski freely later with all the pain I felt. This has never happened before with other rentals.
At the end of the third day I replaced the snowboard and boots because it was available in my hotel and I couldn't go to the store but the binding stayed the same so the fourth day wasn't joyful as well. Only on the last day after I complained I received a decent bindings so I had 1 good day of skiing albeit the pain. This is not suitable conduct to a store your size. I'm deeply disappointed.
All round great service, only worry was being unable to book a locker (or generally have the shop hold our skis and boots). Turned out OK in the end, but I knew it was a long walk to the chalet and would have preferred to have been able to have this service available to me to confirm beforehand.
Intersport Ax (Téléporté) est une adresse vraiment pratique pour louer du matériel : prix abordables, emplacement idéal juste à côté de la télécabine d'Ax-les-Thermes, et service au top. L'équipe est très aimable, disponible et prend le temps d'écouter pour proposer du matériel adapté. Je recommande vivement ce magasin !
