I have not received this order even though the courier says it's been delivered, it has not!! And no response to my emails.
You have not delivered my order properly - it is stuck in the DPD system as you did not provide correct delivery details . Only one of 4 pieces has been delivered
Het artikel ziet er uit zoals op de site. Snelle levering. Kwaliteit goed.
Eerst duurt het een week voordat de order verzonden wordt, vervolgens is deze niet compleet en wordt er gewoonweg gesteld dat het artikel niet voorradig is en geannuleerd wordt. Afstemming met de klant zou in dit hele proces beter zijn.

Product heb ik 2 weken geleden besteld, en het is nog steeds niet binnen.
Order took 17 days to arrive with no explanation. Shockingly bad customer service, when you email them you just get automated AI responses. No phone number to call. I won't be ordering from here again. When the item arrived it was poor quality with pulls in the fabric. Not what I expect for something that cost £100.
Delivery was incredibly slow with no updates, if left me wondering if it had been scammed at one point
order never arrived.
Great products and different from what else is available in the high street.

From my pre-order the product was delivered very speedily when it was available and the product is excellent.
Poor delivery
I'm still waiting for my order to arrive. No DPD updates and Billabong is not responding to my emails. I spent a lot of money and I won't receive what I ordered in time for when I need it.
Item not arrived and could not get any update from customer service when dpd link did not work
Leider habe ich meine Bestellung unvollständig erhalten. Zudem ist der Retouren-Prozess sehr kompliziert und hat bisher noch nicht geklappt. Sehr schade, da die Bikinis wo schön sind.

In correct item received, reached out to customer service and still waiting for a satisfactory reply 4 days later, now it's the weekend! No phone number to contact just an online form which I filled out twice just so I could speed things up, I now have two ticket numbers for the same complaint. Terrible customer service.

Slow delivery and customer service was slow getting back to me hence I sent to many emails to them

Très bonne marque, avec de bons et beaux produits faits dans des matières respectueuses de l'environnement. Les collections changent souvent (attention au côté "fast fashion"), mis elles restent issues de bonnes matières (coton, lin) et sans doute assez limitées. Les tee-shirts sont géniaux, et ile donnent envie de les porter malgré (à cause!) du logotage qui est toujours créatif! Restez comme ça :-)

J'adore Billabong depuis des années… elle a su se renouveler et rester dans l'air du temps ;) en plus contrairement à d'autres marques surfwear il existe du choix en grandes tailles sans renier la qualité et le style donc JE SUIS FAN Billabong loveuse
