My order hasn't arrived, the postal service DPD marked it as delivered and provided no proof, I have contacted DC and they have not replied even though I'm emailing them like they tell you to. I now still have no delivery, no proof of delivery and no package, 3 weeks after ordering the shoes.
Not been delivered yet and there no follow ups from it

My order hasn't arrived, despite the tracking service saying that it has - clearly the item has been delivered elsewhere. I've tried contacting customer services three times and have not had a response to my concerns which is a pretty poor service for such a reputable company.

Poor customer service. Still not received my order and no one will respond to my queries about it having complained twice now. Sent me tracking information that is incorrect and suggests it has been delivered but the delivery company has never received it and says the order number isn't one of theirs. Tried calling and offices are always shut and will not respond to emails or enquiries. I will now need to seek through my bank to reclaim the payment as DC Shoes will not respond. I have shopped with them many times in the past but will not do so again in the future. Avoid at all costs.

You have not delivered the purchased item. You have failed to reply to my numerous attempts at contact. I have been buying from your website for nearly 15 years and will never order from you again. Looking at your facebook page it is clear that many other people are experiencing similar issues with you. I want my money back asap.

I ordered a pair of shoes and a t-shirt on Friday 29th May, to this date (Saturday 13th June) still have not received them. I contacted customer support who told me it could be up to 10 days for orders coming from Europe and helpfully, they sent me a tracking reference to my order, which does not exist. Will I order directly from DC again? Absolutely not, I could have got something of theirs from Amazon and had them within 24 hours and saved myself the trouble.

I have not received my order. The DPD tracking app says it was delivered, but I was home that day and never got the parcel. I have contacted DC's and all I got was an automated response telling me to be patient and wait the full 10 days for delivery. We are beyond that now and I have responded to say I still haven't got it and I haven't been replied to.
I still haven't received my order and am going to my bank on Monday to start process to recover my money
